These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Bag Spa Gold Coast ("we", "our", "us"). By booking an appointment, submitting an item, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Bag Spa Gold Coast provides:
- Luxury handbag cleaning
- Restoration and colour touch-ups
- Leather repair services
- Hardware polishing
- Authentication assessments
- General luxury item care services
All services are performed with professional care and industry-standard techniques.
2. Item Condition & Risk Disclosure
Clients acknowledge that:
- Luxury items may have pre-existing wear, ageing, structural weakness, or hidden damage.
- Certain materials (including vintage leather, delicate fabrics, suede, exotic skins, and light-coloured materials) carry higher restoration risk.
- Colour restoration may result in minor shade variations.
- Complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed.
- Hardware restoration may not restore items to factory-new condition.
By submitting your item, you accept that restoration involves inherent risks and natural material limitations.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
- Bag Spa Gold Coast is not liable for pre-existing damage, structural weakness, dye instability, or material ageing.
- We are not responsible for manufacturer defects.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed on the item.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. Quotes & Pricing
- All quotes are estimates based on visual inspection.
- Final pricing may change after full assessment.
- Work will not proceed without customer approval of the final quote.
- Prices are listed in AUD.
5. Turnaround Times
- Estimated turnaround times are provided as guidance only.
- Delays may occur due to material condition, parts sourcing, or workload.
- We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
6. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon collection of the item.
- We do not collect online payments through our website.
- Items will not be released until full payment is received.
7. Storage & Uncollected Items
- Clients will be notified when items are ready for collection.
- Items must be collected within 30 days of notification.
- After 60 days of non-collection, Bag Spa Gold Coast reserves the right to charge storage fees.
- After 90 days of non-collection, we reserve the right to dispose of, donate, or resell the item to recover costs, where permitted by law.
8. Authentication Services
- Authentication assessments are based on professional opinion.
- Authentication does not constitute a manufacturer-issued certificate.
- We are not liable for third-party resale outcomes.
9. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:

- Attempt unauthorised access
