01 How do I get a quote for my handbag or leather item?
Simply submit photos and details through our online contact form or message us on Facebook for a fast response. We provide a free initial estimate before inspection.

Yes. We accept insured shipping from anywhere in Australia. Customers arrange shipping to us, and we return completed items with free insured delivery.

Most services take between 7–14 business days. Complex repairs or colour restoration may take longer. Timeframes are confirmed after inspection.

We work with Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès, Gucci, Dior, Prada, YSL, and many other designer labels.
Some stains can be removed depending on the leather type, stain location, and age of the stain. Each item is assessed individually for the best possible result.

Yes. Our colour revival service restores vibrancy to faded areas, corners, and full leather surfaces where suitable.

We repair many common issues such as loose stitching, worn straps, and certain hardware problems. Not all repairs are possible and will be advised after inspection.
 
Yes. We offer mould treatment and deodorising services to safely remove contamination and unwanted smells.
 
Yes. We specialise in cleaning suede, nubuck, lambskin, and other delicate materials using gentle techniques.
 
No. We also restore luxury shoes, wallets, belts, watch straps, and selected leather accessories.
 
Yes. Customers send items using insured shipping, and all completed restorations are returned with free insured delivery.
You may collect your item from our studio or request return shipping. A $49 inspection and handling fee applies, plus return postage.
 
Every item is unique. While results can’t be guaranteed, our experienced artisans always aim to achieve the best possible outcome.
Pricing varies based on brand, material, and condition. A free photo quote is provided before final inspection.

Walk-ins are welcome during business hours. Sunday visits are available by appointment.
